    NC Foaming Agent B211 is a physical blowing agent primarily composed of Nitrocellulose (NC), specifically designed for the extrusion moulding process of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC). Its core advantage lies in its exceptional cost-effectiveness, providing stable foaming results while maintaining cost control. With a decomposition temperature of 155°C and a gas evolution rate of approximately 150 ml/g, it effectively provides the final product with an ideal cell structure. While its performance in terms of product whiteness is relatively moderate, it is an extremely economical choice for applications where whiteness is not a critical factor or where a subsequent coloring process is planned.
